Job Summary: The Promotions Manager is responsible for the operational execution and management of healthcare professional (HCP) promotional programs and initiatives. This role serves as the central coordinator for promotional activities, ensuring programs are executed efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule, while delivering a seamless experience for internal stakeholders and external partners. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Vendors, and Practice Partners, the Promotions Manager will oversee program implementation, manage timelines and deliverables, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous process improvements. This role plans a critical part in scaling promotional efforts and ensuring operational excellence across the HCP Loyalty and Promotions portfolio. Reporting to: Director, HCP Loyalty & Promotions Location: Remote Responsibilities/Essential Duties: Promotional Program Management: Lead day-to-day execution of HCP promotional initiatives from launch through completion. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and implementation schedules for promotional campaigns. Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful program execution and delivery. Monitor program milestones, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Ensure promotional programs align with established business objectives, operational requirements, and compliance standards. Operational Execution & Coordination: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for promotional activities.
