We are seeking a detail-oriented Promotions Administrative Support to support merchandising and promotional execution within our centralized ordering platform. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency across product data, promotional workflows, and seasonal campaigns. It supports cross-functional coordination within the merchandising and marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of promotional member-facing materials. The Promotions Administrative Support operates with a dual reporting structure reporting to the Promotions Lead for day-to-day activities and to the Director of Merchandising for strategic direction. ## Core Responsibilities 1. Promo IQ Execution & File Maintenance Maintain accurate item master data, including new item setup and item discontinuation Link items to correct promotional programs Update and maintain product attributes including descriptions, pack sizes, pricing, vendors and marketing definitions Document and report system issues Promotional weekly deadlines 2.
