Job Description **What this job involves -** This role is responsible for directing all project management activities and management of a team of project management professionals. The Tem Lead will be expected to lead and develop the project management team in providing superior client service and project execution. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the successful candidate will require strong organizational and time management skills and judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload of multiple ongoing projects. **Job Responsibilities:** **Project Management Development and Execution** * Direct project management activities according to assigned local, region, or national assignment. * Serve as a point of escalation for any issues, risks or concerns * Manage adherence to financial plan, objectives, key performance indicators, fee allocation and budget * Oversee and manage projects through all project phases including planning, design, bidding, permitting, construction management and close-out * Oversee capital improvement programs with design and construction processes at multiple sites through local resources * Conduct regular weekly update meetings with client * Develop and maintain strong positive client relationships and manage conflict resolution * Assemble, on board and manage required teams, inc
