What You'll Do.
Act as central point of contact for projects
Support internal teams and customers from order to
Build and maintain project trackers
Co-ordinate cross-branch activity to secure stock
Manage stock allocations
Meet customer timelines
Support project scheduling
Process and manage project orders
Process project amendments
Process project call-offs
Create/maintain project files
Create/maintain project documentation
margin and approvals are in place
Liaise with branch teams for deliveries
Liaise with supply chain for deliveries
Liaise with transport for deliveries
Plan timed/critical deliveries
Communicate delays and shortages
Communicate substitutions and solutions
Optimise stock holding for projects
Reduce excess/obsolete stock
Work closely with Sales
Work closely with Branch Managers
Work closely with Customer Services
Work closely with suppliers

Resolve issues quickly
