We are looking for a Project Surveyor who can confidently manage commercial risk, support high‑value sustainable projects, and build strong client relationships. ## **Key Responsibilities** As a Project Surveyor, you will: * Manage cost and contractual elements of decarbonisation projects, ensuring financial and environmental targets are achieved * Carry out detailed cost analysis, forecasting and budget management * Work closely with engineers, architects, clients and contractors to support effective project delivery * Monitor budgets, manage risks and produce regular performance and financial reports * Identify cost‑saving opportunities that support decarbonisation objectives * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring project expectations are met and exceeded ## **Qualifications & Skills** ### **Essential** * Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field * Strong cost management and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail * Strong commercial and financial awareness ### **Desirable** * Confident communication and interpersonal skills, able to wor
