What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (AEI or TEI), 8+ years of experience in energy, infrastructure, or environmental projects, Proven experience in RES projects (wind farms, BESS, substations, or hydro projects) as Project Manager or Site Supervisor, Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), Good knowledge of the Greek energy market and RES project processes, Ability for site supervision and management of multiple stakeholders, Strong organizational and communication skills, Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a demanding project environment, Team spirit, professionalism, and results orientation, Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
What You'll Do.
Supervise daily site operations
Monitor subcontractor and supplier activities
Track progress against schedule
Ensure material compliance with study specifications
Coordinate between client and technical companies
Monitor HSE and QA/QC procedures
Prepare progress reports
Manage project risks and deviations
Ensure compliance with project requirements
Maintain communication with client and partners
