Bachelor's Degree and 5 years relevant experience, AA Degree and 7 years relevant experience, Minimum 2 years people management experience

What You'll Do.
Oversee daily operations
Develop operational goals
Implement operational goals
Meet operational goals
Exceed operational goals
Work with Managing Consultants
Work with Operations Managers
Ensure client policies followed
Ensure client procedures followed
Conduct interviewing of new hires
Bring recommendations to Operations Manager
Train new Team Members
Complete monthly account reviews
Ensure HIPAA standards compliance
Review client project reports
Ensure staff compliance with standards
Monitor Team Member phone calls
Monitor Team Member attendance
Monitor Team Member punctuality
Communicate non-compliance to Operations Manager
Conduct disciplinary counseling
Complete performance improvement plans
Complete annual evaluation of staff
Take supervisor calls
Complete assigned projects
Conduct weekly team meetings
Meet productivity goals
Exceed productivity goals
Approve monthly client invoices
Promote positive work environment
Verify correspondence accuracy
Provide scheduled reports
Provide requested reports
Ensure aging of accounts within guidelines
Ensure compliance of client policies
Ensure compliance of client procedures
Research client inquiries
Respond to client inquiries
Research patient inquiries
Respond to patient inquiries
Update patient demographic information
Initiate account adjustments
