What You'll Do.
Ensure safety and quality plans align with project
Implement safety and quality plans
Ensure job site safety
Align project safety plans with RMCI
Support Foreman and Field Superintendents
Ensure Foreman responsibilities are met
Ensure Field Superintendent responsibilities are met
Ensure quality of site production
Develop project QA/QC execution plans
Drive working relationship with Safety
Drive working relationship with Virtual Construction
Drive working relationship with QA/QC
Drive working relationship with Human Resources
Ensure project team operates at full capacity
Maintain RMCI policies
Ensure labor projections are accurate
Ensure project adheres to schedule
Lead development of project plans
Incorporate all requirements
Incorporate all constraints
Incorporate all opportunities
Develop Field Superintendents
Hold Field Superintendents accountable
Hold Foreman accountable
Build rapport with customers
