What You'll Do.
Coordinate and manage various activities
Conduct budget reviews
Operationalise strategic plan
Develop and maintain TA project
Perform monthly review of budget plans
Update budget tracker
Follow-up on invoicing
Set-up Ad-board meetings
Organise external meetings and activities
Communicate discrepancies
Process NA Intake form
Follow-up on contract and PO
Prepare meeting minutes
Manage project delivery
Support scientific writer
Support development of build plan
Arrange stakeholder meetings
Track delivery of activities
Manage issues and risks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Senior director; Work with business partners; Coordinate with cross-functional teams; Coordinate with ITA team; Coordinate with finance colleagues; Work with vendors; Work closely with scientific communication/medical content enhancement/HEVA teams/finance teams and external vendors
Communication Scope
Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
