What You'll Do.
Develop baseline schedules for projects across all phases (concept
Maintain and update Level 1–3 schedules for major projects and tailored timelines for smaller projects.
Prepare and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for the global portfolio.
Collect progress updates from Project Managers
and update schedules on a weekly/monthly basis.
Calculate schedule performance metrics (e. g.
SPI) and provide input to earned value analysis.

Conduct scenario analyses (“what-if” scenarios) to evaluate the impact of changes
Recommend corrective actions or resequencing plans to meet milestones.
Review and validate contractor submitted schedules for logic
