Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field, 5+ years in project planning, scheduling, or project controls, In-depth knowledge of Primavera P6, In-depth knowledge of MS Project, In-depth knowledge of MS Excel, Understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), Understanding of Float Analysis, Understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Understanding of resource leveling, Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), Understanding of Baseline Comparison, Understanding of S-Curve Analysis, Understanding of Recovery Schedule
Nice to Have
Familiarity with greenrown field construction processes and standards
What You'll Do.
Manage project planning and scheduling
Define scope and sequence
Advise Project Manager
Ensure construction projects follow procedures
Coordinate Lessons Learned sessions
Consolidate Project Reports
Monitor contractor schedules
Review contractors' progress methods
Develop overall progress charts
Monitor progress and trends
Advise management on mitigation plans
Identify risks and opportunities
Deliver as-built schedule
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with Project Manager and stakeholders; Act as primary interface with Project Controls; Help coordinate Lessons Learned sessions with all stakeholders; Host weekly reviews of schedule, manpower, and productivity; Advise management on mitigation plans
