What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Authorized to work in Belgium without visa sponsorship, 5-7 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Manufacturing, Experience in leading projects or programs within a regulated manufacturing environment, Knowledge of manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments, Proven track record working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Experience with financial management related to project or operational budgets, Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of ISO 7 and ISO8, Practical knowledge of C&Q and validation process in regulated environments, Previous experience with manufacturing brownfield projects

Manage assigned tasks on construction site
Ensure contractors are progressing per schedule
Interact with contractor and subcontractors
Identify project site threats
Develop risk mitigation plans
Implement action plans to reduce risks
Apply standard principles and techniques
