Minimum Qualifications 3–12 years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls, preferably in industrial, energy, or heavy construction environments. Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required); familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar tools is a plus. Working knowledge of CPM scheduling principles, including critical path analysis, float management, and logic development. Experience updating schedules and performing progress tracking and delay analysis. Understanding of construction workflows, sequencing, and field operations. Familiarity with cost integration, earned value management, and schedule-driven forecasting concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective communication and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and field personnel. Ability to travel to project sites as needed. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company background requirements. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or a related field. Experience supporting industrial or electrical construction projects. Familiarity with cost systems (e.g., HCSS, ERP systems) and their integration with scheduling tools. Exposure to schedule risk analysis, resource forecasting, and recovery planning techniques. Professional certification such as PMI-S
