What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field., Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in construction risk management., Proven experience facilitating risk assessment workshops, conducting qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, and preparing formal risk assessment reports., Hands-on experience using: Lumivero @RISK Add-In for Microsoft Excel (Version 8. 9 or later preferred), Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis (Version 8. 7 or later preferred), Experience analyzing and integrating cost and schedule risks associated with construction and infrastructure projects., understanding of project controls, risk mitigation strategies, and construction project delivery processes.
Nice to Have
Version 8. 9 or later preferred for Lumivero @RISK Add-In for Microsoft Excel, Version 8. 7 or later preferred for Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis
