What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning and resource management, Proven proficiency with project management software (e. g. , MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP PS), Google Suite, Looker Studio, SAP, analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends, A foundational, first understanding of budgeting and forecasting, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, A proactive mindset dedicated to automating reporting and optimizing efficiency, Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity, Business fluency in English
Nice to Have
preferably within the aerospace, manufacturing, or a complex engineering environment, A basic level of JavaScript is considered a plus
What You'll Do.
and monitor detailed planning related to budget/costs
Planning and Forecast Tracking
Generate regular project status reports
Monitor and track KPIs
Automate reporting and drive further continuous improvement initiatives
Create Shopping Carts or Purchase Orders
Collaborate with different departments/organisations
Facilitate planning meetings
Identify potential project risks
and resource bottlenecks
Support the development and improvement of planning processes and tools
Ensure adherence to company standards
and customer requirements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning methodologies

Collaborate with different departments/organisations to gather project requirements, dependencies, and constraints; Facilitate planning meetings, ensuring alignment and communication across various departments
