What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field, 2–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE, knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, and takeoff methods, Proficiency in using CostX software, Understanding of standard methods of measurement such as CESMM, POMI or NRM, High attention to detail and analytical skills

Nice to Have

Experience working with a consultant or contractor, Experience in building or infrastructure projects in the UAE, Knowledge of FIDIC and various UAE Authorities contracts, Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Perform accurate quantity takeoffs

Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

Analyze drawings to identify material and scope requirements

Assist in cost estimation

and tender preparation

Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards

Maintain organized records of measurements
