Must Have
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects, knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost management, Proficiency in quantity surveying and estimation software, understanding of BOQ preparation and tendering processes, Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, Good communication and stakeholder management abilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects, Experience in building or infrastructure projects in the UAE, Knowledge of FIDIC and various UAE Authorities contracts, Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, Experience using AutoCAD, CostX, Planswift, or similar software

Website: Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation. * Review drawings and specifications to identify project requirements and cost implications. * Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis for construction projects. * Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes. * Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative analyses. * Prepare and administer contracts, variations, progress claims, and final accounts. * Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors. * Assess and certify subcontractor progress payments. * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and industry standards. * Support procurement activities and material cost evaluations. * Prepare periodic commercial and financial reports for management. ## Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements Education * Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying or * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Experience * Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects. * Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
