Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field, 2–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE, knowledge of construction drawings, knowledge of BOQs, knowledge of takeoff methods, Proficiency in using CostX software, Understanding of standard methods of measurement, High attention to detail, analytical skills, Good communication abilities, Good teamwork abilities, Must be bilingual ( English / Arabic )
Nice to Have
Experience working with a consultant or contractor, Experience in building or infrastructure projects in the UAE, Knowledge of FIDIC, Knowledge of various Authorities Contracts, Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Perform accurate quantity takeoffs
Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities
Analyze drawings to identify material
Assist in cost estimation
Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards
Maintain organized records of measurements
