Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 2–5 years of experience in the UAE, specializing in quantity takeoff. The role involves accurately measuring and quantifying materials from drawings and specifications to support cost estimation, tendering, and project execution. Key Responsibilities: * Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents * Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project requirements * Analyze drawings to identify material and scope requirements * Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and tender preparation * Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and practices * Maintain organized records of measurements and supporting documentation * Liaise with internal stakeholders ## Qualifications Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field * 2–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE * Experience working with a consultant or contractor is preferred * Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, and takeoff methods * Proficiency in using CostX software * Understanding of standard methods of measurement such as CESMM, POMI or NRM * High attention to detail and strong analytical skills * Good communication and teamwork abilities * Must be bilingual ( English / Arabic ) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in building or infrastructure projects in the UAE * Knowledge of FIDIC and various Authorities Contracts * Ability to work
