Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: **We are looking for a Project Qualifications Engineer to join HQ Project Qualifications Management team in Milan.** Reporting directly to the Project Qualifications Manager, you will: * Define testing protocols and assess the feasibility of qualification tests during the tender phase. * Support the bidding phase by identifying qualification requirements and estimating related costs. * Organize and coordinate all testing activities, including preparation of materials, workforce allocation, and attendees’ scheduling. * Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of electrical, mechanical and non-electrical qualification tests performed in External Laboratories. * Ensure on-time qualification execution through effective risk mitigation and performance monitoring. * Interact with Internal and External Customers to ensure correct and timely execution of all tests. **Who are we looking for?** We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and competencies: * A master’s degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering, Energy or Mechatronic; * Minimum of proven experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry or a project-based business. * Fluency in English and Italian both written and spoken; * Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills * Willingness to travel (also abroad, up to 50%) * Strong communication & interpersonal skills _Prysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
