8 - 12+ years in IT Project / Program Management, Experience in infrastructure / datacenter / MSP transition programs, knowledge of ITIL processes, Experience in multi-country / global delivery (EU/APAC preferred), governance, risk, and vendor management skills, Experience working with infrastructure service providers / integrators
Nice to Have
Knowledge of CMDB, IAM, PAM, DR, monitoring, Cloud / hybrid infrastructure understanding, Automation basics (Ansible / Terraform), ServiceNow / ITSM tools experience

About the project We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to lead a large-scale data center service provider transition (MSP onboarding) across Europe and APAC. What You’ll Do End-to-end management of datacenter transition program (EU & APAC) Program governance (SteerCo, RAID, reporting, escalation management) Coordination of site readiness and infrastructure transition Service provider onboarding and knowledge transfer Validation of operational readiness (ITIL processes, DR, monitoring, access, CMDB) Risk, compliance, and audit management (incl.
