deliver world class strategies for projects; deliver the project on time; mitigate risk; ensure top line growth; drive bottom line savings; Support Project Success and BU Goals; delivering on schedule and budget; monitoring and controlling supply risks; ensuring compliance; optimizing efficiency; maintaining quality; ensure equipment is ordered with sufficient time; enable on-time supplier deliveries; maintaining supplier delivery dates; aligning SAP delivery date to project schedule; Track negotiated resale savings; determine Procurement savings
Industry & Context.
Travels to the installation sites or supplier sites required (up to 10% of working time)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related discipline, 1-3 years of project-based Procurement experience, communication and presentation skills, Demonstrated knowledge and experience in procurement processes, Experience with SAP and MS Office, Able to be effective in a remote, global, and matrixed environment

What You'll Do.
Serve as Single Point of Contact for Project team
Support Project Success and BU Goals
Attend weekly project management meetings
Lead weekly project meetings
Work with sourcing Category teams
Prepare Procurement plan
Communicate supplier lead times
Give direction to Tactical Procurement team
Attend Gate review meetings
Alert team on any Procurement related issues
Attend Gate review meetings
Alert team on any resale-related issues
Conduct supplier gate reviews
Track negotiated resale savings
Perform as main Procurement liaison
Conduct post-project reviews
Budget cost responsibility for 3rd party suppliers
Conduct Procurement Lessons Learned
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
collaborate with Procurement Regional Category Leads; collaborate with Project Management; collaborate with Engineering; collaborate with Solutions Development; collaborate with Finance; collaborate with A/P; collaborate with Quality; Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Project team to the Procurement organization; Attend weekly project management meetings; Lead weekly project meetings to review Procurement Plan, Tracker, and Command Center data; Work with sourcing Category teams; Give direction to Tactical Procurement team; Attend Gate review meetings; Alert team on any Procurement related issues; Attend Gate review meetings; Alert team on any resale-related issues; Perform as the main Procurement liaison between Project Management / Engineering and Installation; Conduct post-project reviews with the Project Team; Conduct a Procurement Lessons Learned with the Project Team
