Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, Minimum of 6 years’ directly related experience in engineering, facilities, or capital project environments, At least 5 years’ leadership experience directing teams, programs, portfolios, or resource allocation, knowledge of cGMP environments, experience supporting a 24‑hour manufacturing site

Amgen Dun Laoghaire (ADL) activities include Biopharmaceutical Aseptic Manufacturing, Lyophilisation and Automated Inspection & Packaging. ## Role Purpose ## The PMO & Master Planning Specialist is a key member of the Site Facilities & Engineering (F&E) team, responsible for governance, integration, and performance of the site engineering and facilities project portfolio. The role provides strategic oversight of capital planning, project prioritisation, initiation and execution. This is done by leveraging Amgen global project management tools, methodologies, and industry best practice. The position ensures alignment between site strategy, regulatory expectations, resource capacity, and long‑term facility development through robust master planning and portfolio governance. ## Key Duties and Responsibilities The PMO & Master Planning Specialist will be the business owner of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) PMO process. This process provides governance of the site project portfolio, ensuring objective prioritisation aligned with site strategy. Develops, implements, and sustains PMO policies, standards, and procedures to support effective oversight of projects at ADL. Leverages Amgen global tools, methodologies, and best practices, actively adopting learnings from the network and sharing ADL best practices globally. Represents ADL in corporate portfolio and project management forums and acts as an active member of the global PMO network.
