Minimum 3 years relevant experience, Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Design Technology, or equivalent
Nice to Have
Knowledge of building codes and standards applicable to acute healthcare environments, Familiarity with OAA and CCDC contract frameworks, PMP certification
What You'll Do.
Assist to drive planning phase of renovation projects
Develop and approve project scope
Develop and implement strategies to manage user group
Prepare presentations
Perform financial management activities
and maintain project documentation
Assist in hiring and supervising consultants
Negotiate contractual agreements with consultants
Review and perform quality control of design documents
Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation
Compile and archive project documentation
Document lessons learned
Collaborate with Redevelopment team
Ensure smooth handover from planning to implementation
Perform administrative tasks
Execute cross-functional responsibilities
Undertake other duties as required
