Translate client request on platform

Give clients access on Insight
Review existing clients' profiles
Ensure profile information is relevant and optimized

Conduct research on client
Obtain keyword variations
Comply with CARMA policies and procedures
Support CARMA mission and vision

The role is responsible for translating client requirements into operational setups on the company platforms, ensuring projects are accurately configured, optimized, and aligned with client objectives. The incumbent conducts research, develops effective keyword queries, manages client profiles, and supports monitoring and analysis teams to enhance project efficiency and deliver high-quality outcomes. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, research capabilities, and proficiency in both English and Arabic, while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Understand Brief Sheets sent by the Client Service and translate client’s request on the platform. * Set up clients’ profiles on the Company portal, BODHI, and give them access on Insight. * Review all the existing clients’ profiles to ensure all the available information are relevant and optimized for the client access, as per the client requirements. * Create tags for global projects that need set u
