Meet all indicators agreed with the donor; Ensure compliance with KOICA requirements and regulations; Ensure compliance with Government of the Philippines protocols; Ensure compliance with World Vision policies and procedures; Facilitate monitoring and reporting of project objectives and achievements; Ensure appropriate use of resources

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree or equivalent in public health, business administration, or other field directly related to the maternal and child health and nutrition, Minimum of four (4) years of experience related to implementation of programs in Field operation, Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in health and nutrition, maternal/infant/child health, healthcare systems strengthening, health governance, Proven performance and ability in Field Operation, Field operation experience in Eastern Visayas, Proven ability to establish and maintain interpersonal and professional relationships with key stakeholders such as Government officials, NGOs, and CSOs, Proven ability to manage technical assistance teams
Nice to Have
Training on maternal, infant and young child health and nutrition, Experiences in MNCH programme
What You'll Do.
Lead field operations
Implement activities per regulations
Support and supervise field facilitators
Engage with key partners
Coordinate activities and facilitate monitoring
Produce work-plans and reports
Supervise facilitators and lead field team
Conduct day-to-day activities with accountancy
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Encourage teamwork in the field; Liaise with partners, local government institutions, civil society organizations and other stakeholders; Manage technical assistance teams
Communication Scope
presentation and report writing skills
Process & Methodology
Project leadership and management, Support to produce annual work-plans, Oversee overall activities in the field
