About the Opportunity This role provides project and operational support to the School of Engineering and Built Environment, with a strong focus on engaging new industries to secure paid student internships within the advanced program. It contributes to key priorities and strategic initiatives while facilitating communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders, acting as a central contact for project-related matters. The position also supports the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of initiatives, promoting consistency, transparency, and efficiency across operations. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement policies, processes, and frameworks that clearly define stakeholder roles and responsibilities to support effective program delivery. * Monitor and support achievement of program KPIs through structured tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Act as a central coordination point between students, industry partners, and internal university services to ensure seamless program delivery. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective industry partners. * Collaborate with central university teams to create and facilitate paid student placement opportunities. * Ensure alignment between academic program requirements and industry expectations. * Coordinate training, development activities, and events to enhance student readiness for industry placements. * Organise networking and engagemen
