**Role: Project Material Controller** **Location: Kalundborg, Region Zealand, Denmark** MSL Engineering Ltd. is a mechanical engineering contractor dedicated to delivering a service that incorporates the highest standards of workmanship, safety, quality and reliability in interpreting and exceeding our clients’ expectations. We are currently looking for a Material Controller to join our team. The role will be based in **Kalundborg, Region Zealand, Denmark.** **Requirements** * Receive and inspect plant and machinery. Verify quantities against packing slip and purchase order and update inventory received through computerized software. * Scan and file copy of all delivery documentation. * Report all overage, shortages, and damage to purchasing and relevant Engine * Update the Plant Schedule matching the tag numbers received and storage location. * Daily contact with the field Supervisors and Engineers to ensure material availability supports planned progress. * Ensure sign off at site for the items delivered. * Keep file of all material request forms that have been signed as received at site. * Manage all project logistics, from supplier/vendor to transportation to off-loading on site. * Ensure all applicable EHS standards are fully complied with for transport and offloading of materials * Organize and monitor the storage of materials and their distribution across the project. * Manage the operation of the site, scheduling and controlling all site deliveries. * Report to purchasing team weekly on all materials received. * Previous stores experience an advantage * Knowledge of mechanical process (pipe & fittings) a distinct advantage **Benefits** **Due to the urgency of this role, we cannot consider candidates that do not have the appropriate work permits in place.
