## About the Role The Workplace Experience (WE) team shapes how employees connect to Gap Inc. through our spaces, services, and shared experiences. From our headquarters and hub locations to distribution centers, WE brings together facilities, food, travel, events, and workplace strategy to deliver a seamless and inspiring employee experience. The Workplace Experience Project Manager will play a critical role in bridging strategy and execution across this diverse portfolio. This role will work directly with the Head of Workplace Experience and the WE Leadership Team (WELT) to drive alignment, streamline decision-making, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. The role requires a strong ability to manage complexity, connect cross-functional workstreams, and translate vision into disciplined execution.
