This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, including planning, client engagement, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate has experience managing software implementation projects and brings strong business analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and builds strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. _**Job Description:**_ ### **Project Delivery & Execution** * Develop, execute, and continuously update project plans to meet evolving requirements within the SOW * Manage day-to-day project activities, scope, schedule, and resources * Lead project status meetings and provide clear, consistent reporting on progress * Track and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation when needed * Oversee quality assurance of all deliverables prior to client submission * Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained * Facilitate project closeout, including final deliverables and documentation ### **Financial & Operational Management** * Manage project budgets and forecast projections * Track project resource utilization, hours, and expenses with accuracy and timeliness * Monitor accounts receivable and partner with clients to resolve outstanding invoices * Identify scope changes and manage change requests appropriately * Ensure project milestones are aligned for billing once deliverables are completed ### **Client Engagement & Communication** * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle * Establish and manage clear client expectations * Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels * Deliver professional, well-s
