Must Have
5+ years of project management or related experience within financial services or a similarly complex environment, Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience), project tracking and execution skills, including building and maintaining detailed project plans, Ability to take ambiguous inputs and translate them into structured, actionable workplans, organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail, Highly proactive and self-directed; does not wait for direction to move work forward, follow-through and accountability mindset, Comfortable pushing stakeholders for updates, clarity, and deliverables, Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity, Willingness to ask questions, challenge inconsistencies, and surface risks early
Nice to Have
Experience working in or supporting Treasury, Finance, Risk, or regulatory initiatives, Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education., Exposure to Treasury functions such as liquidity, funding, capital planning, or balance sheet management, Familiarity with regulatory initiatives or banking environments undergoing change (e.g. , growth, integration, or enhanced standards), Experience supporting process improvement or operational transformation efforts
