Must Have
at least 4 years of proven project delivery experience, proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional projects using both predictive (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile), relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and engaging senior, proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, hands-on experience with change planning and embedding new behaviors, excellent command of the Dutch and English languages (both spoken and written at a professional level)

ideally within a corporate or professional services, project reporting experience with Power BI is an

delivery and closure of projects within the Enabling Functions (EF)
define project scopes and success criteria and develop project plans with clear resource
budget and dependency
establish and maintain governance: chair project and steering-committee meetings
prepare decision packs
record actions and drive timely follow‑up
monitor progress through milestones
issues and financial escalate where appropriate and propose remediation
proactively manage risks and issues by identifying
planning mitigations and activating contingency
lead and coach multidisciplinary project teams (internal and external)
ensuring clarity of roles
accountability and effective
engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
building consensus and enable transparent decision‑making
drive change activities to secure adoption of new ways of working
including communications
training and benefits realization tracking
take ownership of end-to-end delivery for strategic projects and programs that drive efficiency and operational excellence across Enabling Functions
