Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), understanding of local compliance requirements in China for IT and digital systems, Proven ability to manage budgets, coordinate with multiple vendors simultaneously, Professional project management certifications (such as PMP, ACP, PgMP…etc), Experience coordinating with construction/facilities teams on hardware and infrastructure deployments, Prior involvement in digital product development (e.g., WeChat Mini Program or similar)
