Must Have
Minimum 10 years experience in the Construction / Infrastructure sector, Understanding of operating in a live airport site, Experience of operating on site, not just office based, Tangible experience of documenting best practice construction project management policies and standards, Track record of delivering construction/asset delivery projects to time and within allocated, Knowledge of operating as a client’s project manager, Experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders at all levels across the organisation influencing the improvement of process and guidance to support project delivery
What You'll Do.
Manage the project from planning to completion
Deliver project to time
Oversee project delivery around schedule
Develop the Project Execution Plan
Manage the project relationship with the Airport Transformation Manager
Coordinate and manage design consultants and external service providers
Organise design review meetings
Communicate design acceptance to the Contractor
Communicate design changes to project team and stakeholders
Report monthly on project tasks
Maintain the overall project risk register
Identify opportunities to improve Project Management procedures
Monitor and apply performance management techniques
Manage the change control process
Manage the flow of project information between team and client
Review and accept programme submissions
Act in the spirit of mutual trust and co-operation
Communicate and issue documents as required by the ECC
Perform duties as Project Manager per Contracting Entity's contract
Manage the compensation event process
Ensure Contractor notifies compensation events
Assess payment after each assessment interval
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaise with relevant team members and functions; Engage with and manage the project relationship with the Airport Transformation Manager; Lead the coordination of the project ensuring interfaces are considered; Work with the technical teams in coordinating and managing the design consultants; Communicate design changes to relevant members of the project team and stakeholders; Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client; Maintain close contact with the Client

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering the project to time, to budget and to specification, ensuring the project achieves all project goals and objectives in accordance with the Contracting Entity’s employer’s requirements and the corporate strategic intent for the portfolio. Programme Requirements, Standards & Performance * Oversee and monitor the delivery of the project around schedule, interface, cost, variations, contract and risk, liaising with the relevant team members and functions as required * Develop the Project Execution Plan, ensuring the project is aligned to and delivers in accordance with the contracting Entity’s standards and methods * Engage with and manage the project relationship with the Airport Transformation
