Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Delivery of releases on time
with quality and efficiency
Creation of new or adaptation of existing processes for interaction with adjacent systems
Negotiation on technical issues with developers
Support of partners during acceptance testing
Management of project changes and risks
Estimation of work volume and release planning
Participation in backlog prioritization and maintenance
Planning and prioritization of release tasks for the team
Interaction with the technical leader and architect at all stages of project development
Interaction with stakeholders and the product owner
Organization and modification of operational and work processes in the team to optimize resource utilization
Team resource management (organization and participation in hiring
