Experience from 3 years managing IT projects as a technical PM, Leadership, proactivity, and high level of self-organization, Analytical, systemic, and critical thinking, Experience working with releases involving multiple teams simultaneously, Knowledge and experience using agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), ability to adapt them to project needs, Knowledge of classical project management principles, High communication skills: ability to find compromises with stakeholders, obtain and clarify all necessary information, Ability to quickly solve problems, make decisions, and take responsibility, Ability to work with the team, regardless of your or your team's mood, lead, coordinate, and motivate.
Nice to Have
Experience in projects with stable releases and real users, Experience in cross-platform projects, API, embedded, server-side, Understanding of client-server architecture principles, Experience in creating desktop applications, Experience in a product company
What You'll Do.
Deliver releases on time
Create new or adapt existing processes for interaction with adjacent systems
Manage changes and project risks
Estimate workload and plan releases
Participate in prioritization and maintaining backlog relevance
Plan and prioritize release tasks for the team
Organize and modify operational and work processes within the team for resource optimization
Resolve organizational issues to maintain team comfort and focus on results

Вони створили й розвивають OS Malevich (модульна RTOS для різних апаратних платформ) і хмарний сервіс Ajax Cloud (Java 20 / Kotlin, AWS, Akka, NATS, Kafka, Mongo, MySQL). Для керування, обслуговування та моніторингу системи користувачами, інсталяторами й інженерами охоронних компаній розроблені додатки для iOS (Objective-C, Swift), Android (Java, Kotlin), Windows/macOS (Python / C++, QT, QML). ## Необхідні знання та навички Досвід від 3 років управління проєктами у сфері ІТ як технічний PM Лідерство, проактивність та високий рівень самоорганізації Аналітичне, системне та критичне мислення Досвід роботи з релізами, де залучені декілька команд одночасно Знання та досвід використання гнучких методологій розробки (Scrum/Kanban), вміння адаптувати їх під потреби проекту Знання принцпипів класичного проектного управління Високі комунікаційні навички: вміння знаходити компроміси з зацікавленими сторонами, отримувати та з'ясовувати всю необхідну інформацію Вміння оперативно вирішувати проблеми, приймати рішення і брати на себе відповідальність Вміння працювати з командою, незалежно від настрою твого або твого колективу, вести за собою, координувати та мотивувати. ## Буде плюсом Досвід роботи в проєктах зі стабільними релізами і реальними користувачами Досвід роботи з крос-платформеними проєктами, API, embedded, серверною частиною Розуміння принципів функціонування клієнт - серверної архітектури Досвід у створенні десктопних застосунків Досвід роботи в продуктовій компанії ## Завдання Доставка релізу у термін, якісно і ефективно Створення нових або адаптація існуючих процесів взаємодій із суміжними системами Ведення перемовин по технічним питанням з розробниками, аналітиками та партнерами Супроводежння партнерів під час приймальних тестувань Управління змінами та ризиками проекту Оцін
