What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-6 years’ experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management or energy efficiency, BAS degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related field with record of academic achievement, Possess analytical and creative problem-solving skills, Have excellent oral and written communication skills, Ability to manage multiple projects, Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools and continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset, Act decisively, think big, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment, Want to contribute to a diverse, supportive, and talented team
Nice to Have
LEED AP, WELL AP and/or Fitwel Ambassador experience preferred, Experience with embodied carbon / sustainable material specification preferred, Experience with the following is a plus: GRESB, CDP, GRI, TCFD, SASB, ENERGY STAR, Building HVAC Systems, International Living Futures Institute, Net Zero, Passive House, Zero Waste
What You'll Do.
Supporting and managing industry changing projects
Deliver challenging sustainability projects related to new construction and existing building operations
Interact with clients and vendors to develop collaborative solutions
Manage project related documentation
Conduct weekly meetings
Develop reports and memos communicating technical details
processes and action items
Lead project meetings
charrettes and presentations
Develop and track sustainability metrics and goals
Complete documentation including plans and calculations to achieve green building certifications (such as LEED
Develop technical documentation
and presentations to clients
Provide written and oral comments and reports to design teams
Conduct project job site visits during construction to monitor progress and ensure conformance to sustainable design specifications

Support project executives on large complex projects and assignments
Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment
Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects
Manage financials on assigned projects (project set up
