What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in Project or Program Management within complex, multi-entity environments, Demonstrated background in sustainability, ESG, or regulatory-driven initiatives (e.g., CO₂, water, energy management, ESG reporting), understanding of sustainability compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO standards, regulatory requirements, responsible sourcing), Experience managing data-driven processes, including reporting to external regulatory bodies, Solid risk management capabilities, particularly in compliance-heavy environments, analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable plans, Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional and senior stakeholders, Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments, Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is required, communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Experience in integration or transformation projects is a advantage
