The Confirmed Project Manager is responsible for leading medium to large-scale software development or multidisciplinary initiatives from conception to delivery. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline expectations, and acting as a key partner for internal and external stakeholders. A background or exposure to financial audit processes is considered a strong asset. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure) * Define project scope, schedules, resource plans, and budgets. * Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. * Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (developers, analysts, QA, designers, vendors, business experts). * Facilitate communication between stakeholders. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. * Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements. * Understand software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Required Profile * Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent. * PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus. * 5 years of experience in project management, with references. * Experience in software development environments or multidisciplinary projects. * Exposure to financial audit principles is a strong advantage.
