3+ years in a project management role overseeing complex projects across multiple markets, vendor management background including venue negotiation, talent contracting, and production oversight, Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimise margins across large scale projects, Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams, Track record of solving operational issues quickly and designing solutions to proactively prevent repeat problems, Ability to assess risks early and build mitigation plans that keep launches and operations on schedule, communication and interpersonal skills, Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast moving environments, Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks, Passion for live events and production management
