POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead customer-facing SaaS implementations supporting state agencies, Medicaid programs, and government and commercial healthcare organizations. This role is for someone who owns delivery, takes accountability for outcomes, and thrives in environments with regulatory oversight, external stakeholders, and fixed program expectations. This is not a PMO or coordination-only position—the Project Manager will be directly involved in execution, translating complex requirements into actionable plans, and confidently leading projects where timelines, compliance, and customer trust are critical. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the full lifecycle delivery of customer-facing implementation projects for government and healthcare clients - Serve as the primary external-facing lead, managing customer relationships and acting as the day-to-day point of coordination - Develop and personally maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables - Drive daily execution: track progress, manage issues, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across workstreams - Proactively manage scope, schedule, and change control using disciplined, auditable processes - Identify risks early and actively manage mitigation strategies; escalate as necessary with clarity and context - Lead requirements workshops, implementation working sessions, design reviews, and sta
