Must Have

5+ years of experience in real estate portfolio management and corporate real estate, Experience managing large, multi-market portfolios preferred, Proven experience with logistics, manufacturing, or distribution-focused portfolios, Written and verbal communication skills, Experience with real estate and construction financial budgeting and project capex management, Able to pivot quickly, reprioritize based on market shifts, and develop creative solutions, Software proficiency skills (e. g. , MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, portfolio database management), Expertise in managing vendors for real estate transactions, space planning and construction cost estimation, Financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L, ROI and expense structures

Experience managing large, multi-market portfolios preferred
