What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field, 5-8+ years of progressive project management experience in real estate development, construction, or related industries

This role serves as the central coordination point between clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. ## **Key Responsibilities** **Project Planning and Initiation** The Project Manager develops comprehensive project plans including scope definition, schedule development, budget establishment, and resource allocation. They conduct feasibility assessments, establish project objectives aligned with client goals, and create detailed work breakdown structures to guide execution. **Stakeholder Management** Acting as the primary client contact, the Project Manager manages expectations, facilitates decision-making, and maintains clear communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
