## **PROJECT MANAGER - PRODUCT LIFECYCLE AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW:** The Project Manager – Product Lifecycle & Change Management leads end-to-end product lifecycle initiatives across a multisite food manufacturing network. This role oversees the successful commercialization of new products and manages structured change processes for existing items. This position partners cross-functionally to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards for operational excellence. ## **WHAT YOU 'LL DO:** * Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches from concept through commercialization across multiple manufacturing sites * Establish and govern change management processes, ensuring all product, packaging, labeling, and system changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented consistently across the organization * Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, successful delivery * Serve as the central point of coordination across Innovation, Sales, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams while communicating progress, risks, and key milestones * Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership. * Ensures accuracy and synchronization of product data across internal systems and customer platforms, while coordinating artwork and labeling workflows. ## **WHAT YOU 'LL NEED:** * Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field * 5+ years of project management experience in food manufacturing or CPG * Experience leading cross-functional projects in a multi-site environment * Strong understanding of food manufacturing, quality systems, and regulatory requirements * Proven ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority * Profi
