What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of experience in a project management or PMO role, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field, Experience leading change-heavy initiatives such as process transformations, system implementations, or operational improvements, Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments, Experience working in a matrixed organization supporting both business and IT stakeholders, understanding of project management and change management fundamentals, Ability to manage both technical and non-technical projects effectively, Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels, Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, Analytical mindset with the ability to connect project execution to business outcomes
