What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting, with demonstrated involvement in various permitting processes, familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, specifically in the Baltimore area, Excellent communication abilities and talent for building relationships with clients and municipal officials, Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems that enhance operational efficiency, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or closely related field
