Find your next career opportunity and make a difference doing what you love at Children’s. _**Job Description**_ Supports members of the Executive Team working collaboratively with other members in the Executive suite including but not limited to the coordination of short- and long-term projects by using project management methodologies and tools, maintaining reports and/or assisting with the other strategic initiatives of the Division as needed. **Experience** * 5 years of experience managing projects **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the healthcare industry * Master’s degree in related fields, ex: Business Administration, Health Administration, or Science **Education** * Bachelor’s degree **Certification Summary** * No professional certifications required **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Demonstrated leadership skills in facilitating and influencing cross-functional teams * Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and other financial skills * Proficient at a high level in Microsoft Office products * Ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences, both verbally and in writing/ presentations, and adjust style to the audience * Ability to influence others around change * Strong interpersonal skills * Strong conflict management skills * Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization * Demonstr
