What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, real estate or datacentres, Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, knowledge of project management principles and best practices, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders, Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously, Knowledge of MEP, Communication Networks, and other Infrastructure projects, Valid Driver license, Physical capabilities to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces
Nice to Have
Professional certification in project management (PMP), Experience working in a global and matrixed organization, Knowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards, Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in project management, Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
