What you will do As Project Manager Operations , you ensure full visibility, governance, and successful delivery of Operations-led projects across Tony’s. You enable effective resource allocation, drive structured decision-making through stage-gate processes, and lead medium-to-high complexity operational projects end-to-end. Through strong planning, stakeholder alignment, and proactive problem-solving, you ensure projects are delivered on time, in full, within budget, and aligned with business case targets , contributing directly to supply chain optimization, cost savings and growth enablement.
