What you will do As Project Manager Operations , you ensure full visibility, governance, and successful delivery of Operations-led projects across Tony’s. You enable effective resource allocation, drive structured decision-making through stage-gate processes, and lead medium-to-high complexity operational projects end-to-end. Through strong planning, stakeholder alignment, and proactive problem-solving, you ensure projects are delivered on time, in full, within budget, and aligned with business case targets , contributing directly to supply chain optimization, cost savings and growth enablement. In this role you will report to the Head of Manufacturing and Engineering All wrapped up, in this role you will * Drive project portfolio visibility: Maintain a clear and up-to-date overview of all Operations projects, including pipeline, timelines, and resource allocation across teams. * Oversee project governance: Lead and optimize the stage-gate process, ensuring structured decision-making, clear approvals, and a consistent governance rhythm across all projects. * Lead end-to-end project execution: Manage medium-to-high complexity projects from concept to implementation, ensuring delivery on time, in full, within scope, and within budget. * Coordinate cross-functional teams: Align and guide stakeholders across Product, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery. * Own supply chain impact: Assess and manage end-to-end project impact acro
