What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluent in written and spoken English, 3–5 years of project management experience in customer-facing roles delivering software or technology solutions
Nice to Have
Foundational project management training or certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or working toward certification preferred), Experience in SaaS implementation or enterprise software deployment, Knowledge of supply chain processes including distribution, logistics, warehousing, or serialization, Experience working in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Additional language skills (Spanish, French, Italian, or German) are a plus

Managing multiple concurrent customer engagements
Managing a portfolio of small-to-moderately complex TraceLink software implementation and partner integration projects
Supporting larger or more complex initiatives under guidance
Setting up and maintaining projects within TraceLink’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool
Tracking and reporting project status
Monitoring project scope and budget
Identifying scope changes and supporting Change Order documentation and processing
Coordinating with internal technical resources and service partners
Facilitating customer meetings
and timely communications
Escalating risks or issues appropriately
Maintaining awareness of cross-functional impacts
Contributing to Professional Services process improvements and best practices
Achieving customer satisfaction targets
Meeting individual billable utilization targets

Position Overview The Project Manager (PM) is an individual contributor within the Professional Services organization responsible for delivering TraceLink solutions to customers on time, within scope, and within budget according to the applicable Statement of Work (SOW). This role requires developing technical, organizational, consultative, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements with increasing independence. Support larger or more complex initiatives under the guidance of a PM3, as needed.
